Shipping policy

1. Made to Order All of our products are handmade to order using an embroidery machine. Please allow 3-5 business days  for your item to be made and dispatched. We do not hold ready-made stock.

2. Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery via Royal Mail. In total, you can expect your order within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day), production times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep you informed.

3. Free Shipping We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 may be subject to a shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Area We currently ship within the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to enquire about international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

5. Dispatch Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering — we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
