Returns & Refunds Policy
Our 14-Day Return Window We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at stitchitpressitbaby@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, BH16 6FH. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items As all of our products are personalised and made to order, they are exempt from our standard returns policy. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect information provided at ordering, or sizing issues. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly personalised due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at stitchitpressitbaby@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customer Errors We are unable to offer refunds for errors submitted by the customer (e.g. incorrect spelling).
EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. However, this does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, which are exempt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
